PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Taking two condominiums and making them into one

We took a 1954 hilltop condominium in one of Calgary's most sought after areas and converted two condominiums into this couple's dream space. They are now able to host get-togethers and entertain their grandchildren with ease. 

The entire two condos were gutted and reconfigured to accomodate the discerning tastes of our well travelled clients. 

We were able to create pockets of natural light towards the back of the condo where our clients wanted extra sun, and the bathroom became a quiet spa like retreat for relaxation.

We modernized a condominium to create a classic design and usuable space.

It takes great skill to make a renovated space feel like an established and well-loved home. We used warm woods like walnut and cozy flooring in cork for an inviting feel that also hindered sounds in order to not disturb the neighbours. 

Aesthetics and functionality were high on the agenda for this project. We spent extra time with our clients to optimize every space of this condo; rethinking and rehashing ideas until the very best solutions were thought out and achieved. 

Our goal was to create an open concept and modern design, tying a few minimalistic traits with comfortable accents to create the perfect balance of warmth and purpose.
