Renovation Inspiration of Century Old Home
Working closely with the homeowners and their designer, the vision came to life in this 1904 heritage cottage with complete improvements to the structure of the home. Architects and Engineers were consulted during this extensive renovation and all building codes were met or exceeded.
The result is a fabulously eclectic mix of modern and vintage. We lovingly installed the homeowner's grandmother's chandelier. We were thrilled to be a part of this restoration, and are so happy to see our clients enjoying their perfectly planned space.

We took a 1904 home and created a modern and livable space perfect for a growing family.
We worked tirelessly in the planning of this project, as a 1904 home carries many secrets. There were structural, electrical, duct and plumbing issues to address and we believe that planning the project is 80% of the success in the results. The other 20% is comprised of the craftmanship and finishes.
The project was challenging and enlightening and we learned when bold design and knowledgeable home owners come together to create their perfect space, a dynamic result occurs.
