An Extensive Renovation in the 
Artist's Way area of Calgary

An extensive renovation on a mid-70's home turns into a modern delight of upgraded appliances, new finishings and eclectic coziness. 

Opening up the living area for a great room feel, with extensive upgrades to the master bath and adding convenience to the laundry room has restored this home to what the owner's envisioned.

We modernized a condominium to create a classic design and usuable space.

It takes great skill to make a renovated space feel like an established and well-loved home. We used warm woods like walnut and cozy flooring in cork for an inviting feel that also hindered sounds in order to not disturb the neighbours. 

Aesthetics and functionality were high on the agenda for this project. We spent extra time with our clients to optimize every space of this condo; rethinking and rehashing ideas until the very best solutions were thought out and achieved. 

Our goal was to create an open concept and modern design, tying a few minimalistic traits with comfortable accents to create the perfect balance of warmth and purpose.
